- Where can I connect to Playa WiFi Network hotspots?
All visitors and locals can connect to our Playa WiFi Network hotspots. Our state-of-the-art hotspots allow you to “roam” – meaning you can seamlessly move around under each hotspot without jumping on and off individual access points. We currently have hotspots at Paseo del Carmen and Quinta Alegria Shopping Centers and 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Chiquilá and Holbox, with service coming soon to Mahahual and Isla Mujeres.
When you are near a Playa WiFi hotspot, connect to the open signal and you will be prompted to login. Simply click the LOGIN button to be connected to our network.
We have local advertisers that make this service available for you at little or no cost. Many of them offer special deals and discounts to our WiFi guests, so please browse through the directory.
Yes, you can log in using any device with WiFI connectivity.
